A huge congratulations to Sturgill Simpson who was crowned Emerging Artist Of The Year at last night's annual Americana Music Association Awards!Despite being nominated amongst some pretty stiff competition from the likes of Loose alumni, Hurray For The Riff Raff, we reckon few would take issue with Sturgill going home with the prize.Sturgill and that shit-hot band of his, took to the awards stage in the legendary Ryman to perform a blisteringly hot version of Life Of Sin, ahead of the presentation.
