Uncut magazine raised several glasses to the Duke & The King in their end of year awards issue, with 'Nothing Gold Can Stay' at No.33 in their 100 releases of the year and No.3 in the Americana Albums of the year. The Handsome Family's "Honey Moon" is also in the top 20 Americana albums making a double scoop for the Loose camp.The Duke & The King's debut was also in Editor Allan Jones personal top ten, plus the band's live show at the Garage (Sep 18th 2009) was the No.6 Gig of the year.The awards issue is out now and features "One More American Song" on the cover-mount CD.
